Chanelle Steyn is the Community Award recipient for the Okanagan Branch. Chanelle is the sister of Okanagan Branch 2025 Community Service Award recipient.

The Okanagan Branch also presented two additional $500 Branch awards

• Becca Knight from Osoyoos who volunteers with the Legion’s Foods Mesh program who service the long -term care center in developing practical and interpersonal skills and the Sunnybank resident’s activities of arts, crafts and entertainment.
• Lola Hibbs from Keremeos who volunteers with the LSCSS senior day care program, volunteers as a car doctor, does school sports refereeing, plants flower beds at Keremeos Recreation Complex and holds a job on weekends.
