Branch News |

Meetings
April we had a presentation on ”Aging and Memory” and 2 new members were welcomed at our meetings Danny and Annette. Our April ramble was with a small but enthusiastic group walking around the Blakburn lagoons and had a wonderful lunch at the Arms Pub.

In May we lost a friend Ron Cooper worked as a Technologist at the BC Hydro for 35 years was a founding member of Tri-Cities branch. He will be greatly missed.

May meeting was a photo presentation of Fort Langley and Puerto Vallarta. We also created a Commitee for the annual Community Service Awards. Our Committe selected 2 outstanding recipients and 2 more were selected in the second round. The impressive results gave us Four winners of the CSA, prresentations were delivered to 3 of the 4 at our June Picnic.
