BC Hydro Power Pioneers Golf Club (Vancouver) 2022 Osoyoos Desert Classic Review

The 2022 Osoyoos Desert Classic was a lot of fun.  

We had 60 golfers and guests at  the windup dinner on Thursday .  Fifty  people  participated in the golf activities.

The format was:

June 21 – regular golf at Park Meadows

June 22- Pink Ball* at Park Meadows

June 23 – Texas Scramble at  Desert Gold.

*Pink Ball is a fun competition where all teams are given one pink ball.  Only teams still in possession of their pink ball at the end of the round  are  in the competition for lowest scores.

The club thanked Louise Ouellet and Doug Whiticar for arranging and running the event as well as Len Chamberlain for arranging all the tee times.  The work is much appreciated! 

We are planning the Osoyoos Desert 2023 Classic for June 20,21, and 22  2023.

The next event will be the Windup Texas Scramble tournament and AGM Dinner on September 20 at Riverway.
