Our Branch received a request from Likely BC Church for help with this years Christmas Hampers. Our Branch unanimously voted to share our Salvation Army yearly collection of food and children’s books with their tiny community Church project of much needed Christmas offering. Members quickly gathered a supply of 100 pounds of non perishable food and 40 children’s books. President Don arranged delivery to them and they were absolutely overwhelmed with our generosity as the local gold mine closing had a very slim Christmas offering to needy local families.
