The winner of the Upper Island 2025 Community Service award is Kacia Vos.

The team was very impressed by her enthusiastic involvement in her Community  We learned at one time she travelled to Norway with her family for some months and she set about learning the language and she got involved with the needs of the community her family was visiting.

We were able to visit Kacia in Campbell River at her High School on June 4, 2025.  We discovered a delightful young lady who welcomed us to her school.  We the pleasure of awarding her the Service award in person.
