Ralph Legge presented the Community Service Award to Tiffany Yao – Ecole Dr. Charles Best Secondary

The Tri-Cities Community Service Award selection committee was very impressed by the variety and quality of Tiffany’s community service contained in her application. Her community involvement, leadership skills and initiative are outstanding, whether it’s helping and leading others or fund raising. She has a bright future ahead of her and the community will be a better place because of her contributions.
