Hi SIPP members!
The Stew & Donna gadabouts have finally returned so you get your much awaited newsletter at last! Sounds like it was a great luncheon with everyone catching up on their summer activities…. so we latecomers will have to catch up in October! The Wallach’s managed 7,500 km on their summer adventures with highlights to Stewart, Watson Lake Yukon, the West Kootenays, Lake Louise, Jasper, Edmonton, Calgary! Reconnected with family and some “old” friends we hadn’t seen in 20 years! Yes, and the dinosaurs of Tyrell Museum, the fantastic Dinosaur Provincial Park, Canada’s Bomber Command Memorial in Nantan (a stark visual reminder of the human loss of 10,659 who served in just the Bomber Command Royal Air Force 1939 ti 1945 alone). Just a few of our summer highlights!
We are looking forward to in person chats to hear of your summer adventures at our next luncheon October 14th…. Hope to see you there!
