Vancouver Branch Sun Life Benefits presentation – Tuesday, March 12 at the BC Hydro Edmonds location

Come and learn more about your Sun Life benefits
This invitation has been extended to all members of all lower mainland branches

Sun Life will present a summary of our benefits and travel insurance coverage, as well as respond to general questions as time permits.

You may bring along a lunch, or purchase from the BC Hydro cafeteria (limited selection available). Coffee/tea/water and baked goods will be provided in the meeting room. As we are expecting a large number of attendees, seating will be theatre-style (chairs only).

Please be advised that we have made arrangements for the session to be video-taped.
A link will be available for members after the event.

Sneak preview – Jamboree 2024 merchandise
Starting from 11:45 a.m., Provincial Jamboree Committee members Ros LeBlanc and Heather Mullan will be present inside the auditorium with a display of items from our Jamboree 2024 Alaska Northern Lights Cruise collection. Come to see what will be available for purchase on our Power Pioneers Gear Store.

Transit: About two blocks from Edmonds Skytrain Station

Parking: Enter parkade from Southpoint Drive. Pay parking in effect. Machines do not accept cash.

 Important parking information

  • Visitor parking area – pay for parking at the kiosk located in the visitor lot. NOTE: Kiosk accepts only credit or debit card – NO cash
  • A parkade attendant will be present in the visitor parking area
  • If the visitor parking area is full, the attendant will provide access to the employee parking area
  • Follow the signs to head toward Podium B as the auditorium is in Podium B
  • If you are parked in the employee parking area, pay for parking AFTER the meeting at the kiosk in the Edmonds lobby
  • Press the ”Lost Ticket” button, and pay via credit or debit card
  • The kiosk will provide a paper ticket with a barcode.  Use this ticket when you arrive at the exit gate
  • Place the paper ticket (barcode up) in the gate machine, and the gate will rise to allow you to exit
  • If you have any issues, press the ”Intercom” button at the gate machine to contact the parkade attendant

Important BC Hydro building information

  • Building access is via intercom button
  • Say you’re attending the Power Pioneer meeting in the auditorium
  • Security will buzz you in
  • Intercoms are located outside building entrances, as well as the building entrance within the parkade
  • The auditorium is located on the main floor, to the left of the Security desk
