May Lunch Cancelled

The May 28th Pacific Branch meeting has been cancelled.

Unfortunately, we did not have the numbers to support the catering minimum by our deadline, so the Exec decided it was best to cancel.

This is a good reminder that we need to get attendance commitments to Ben before his specified deadline, especially when we are bringing in catering.  As well, we do appreciate all those regulars who inform us if they can’t attend … if you are medically unable to attend, we may follow-up with a call or card (part of our Care portfolio headed by Aubrey Searle).

I want to remind everyone that June 25th will be our Pacific Branch Potluck Picnic and Bocce Challenge. Mark your calendars now!

For those who were wanting to see the Hatchery (like me), we will arrange a separate outing in the future.

Hope to see everyone in June before we go on our summer break!
