As a result of an RBC processing oversight, your January pension payment from the BC Hydro Pension Plan did not include the 1.49% cost of living adjustment effective January 1, 2018. Note that this COLA percentage is prorated if you started your pension in 2017.

We apologize for this error and have taken steps to ensure your February pension payment is accurate and that it includes the January COLA increase which was missed.
