Every year our Upper Island Power Pioneers are so happy to donate to the paediatric ward of the Nanaimo Hospital.

In April 2019 a cheque for $1,000.00, plus many afghans, slippers, baby touques and comfort blankets were delivered by Lois Earle, Janet Harms, Tove and Jim Gahr and Sharon Bickle to Janice Perrino , (CEO of the Nanaimo Hospital Foundation).
