Don passed away suddenly, Thursday November 9, 2017. He was a great friend and supporter to many in the Power Pioneers. We will miss you Don.

Donald Charles Hanson – December 10, 1952 – November 9, 2017

A loving light that radiated kindness, generosity and strength. A valued member of B.C. Hydro’s Power Pioneers and member and supporter of AA. Survived by partner Paul; sister Cathy (Terry); brother Gordon and many relatives, extended family and friends. Evening visitation to occur from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday November 26, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby BC). Funeral service to occur at the same location at 1:00 pm on Tuesday November 28, 2017. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donny’s name to AIDS Vancouver.
