Upper Island’s annual picnic will be held on July 14, 2026 at the Nanaimo Fish and Game Club at 1325 Nanaimo Lakes Rd. starting at 10:30 am.

There will be games and prizes.

——–This year costs for paid up members will be $10.00——–

Non paid up members and guests will pay the full price of $35.00.

(NOTE:  Please remember to pay your dues if they are outstanding and you want to take advantage of the $10.00 per member cost.)

The menu will be your choice of BBQ salmon or BBQ hamburger:  (salads, dessert, water, tea and coffee is included)

You will pay for any pop or alcohol that you purchase.

Payment can be made the following ways:

• Cash (can be paid at the picnic)
• Cheque (made out to Upper Island Power Pioneers)
• You can also pay at one of our scheduled events at our Jinglepot meeting room -as follows
  • June 2 -Drop in from 1-3 pm
  • June 16- Potluck 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm and General meeting from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
