Upper Island’s first potluck of 2026 is fast approaching.
Come join us at the Sir Rom meeting room on February 17, 2026.
We will have our potluck lunch from 11:30 to 12:30.
Starting at 1:00 pm we will have our General meeting.
We will be discussing all items listed below:
- Which charities do we want to donate to this year. We will require motions and voting on the motions by our membership.
- AGM elections and lottery license requirements
- Discuss how we will spend monies on our own activities
- Should we have a volunteer appreciation lunch for members who go over and above in volunteering. Discuss.
- Would you like to have lunch catered instead of a potluck? Our Upper Island could subsidize some the cost. Discuss.
Any and all ideas you have are welcome and will be added to the Agenda.
