‘Roy’s Urban Community Ramble’
Well, following a summer where the local weather turned out to be really good, we are now back into the fall ramble season.
For the Tuesday 9th September event, it is proposed to have ‘Roy’s Urban Community Ramble’, where the group will meet up at 10:30am in the parking lot of the ‘Cloverdale Baptist Church’ located on 187th St, just north of 64th Ave. The Ramble will be around the residential community of Clayton Heights, ending with an 11:30pm lunch at the ‘Dublin Crossing’ Irish Pub, located on the NW corner of Fraser Highway at 188th St. The route will encompass the pleasant streets and back lanes of this vibrant community, while providing a closeup experience of the ongoing construction of the Skytrain Langley extension along Fraser Hwy.
