They are related to the administration of the Power Pioneer Branches and the Power Pioneer Provincial Association.Executive Expense FormProvincial Executive members should fill in and print this Expense Form to submit allowable expenses incurred on behalf of BC Hydro Power Pioneers.Branch Annual Activity ReportBranch & Project Annual Activity Report:The first part of the report is for Branch highlights of the year. The second half of the report is to include Branch activities, trips, guest speakers, and special donations. Branch Volunteer Comunity ServiceBranch Volunteer Community Service Form:This report is to be used to record the Volunteer work completed by the Branch. List the Community Organization / Project, the number of hours or dollars spent and any media releases related to the project. Financial ReportFinancial Report Form:This report is to used to report the Branch financial information for the year. Please add a second page to record any significant expenditures or income. Lifestyles Rep Summary FormLifestyles Rep Summary Form:This form is used to report all the hours volunteered by Branch members. Please list the organizations and the number of hours volunteered by the Branch members. Power Pioneer Christmas Luncheon InvoiceThe Power Pioneer Christmas Luncheon Invoice is to be used when submitting the Caterers Invoice to the Power Pioneer Association for reimbursment.Power Pioneer Science Fair ReportThis form is to be used to record the details of the local Science Fair and to request reimbursement of award money. |
