Description:		During the boom years of construction, having qualified workers at all levels of the transmission and distribution system was vital. At a 5 day training in Burnaby in 1967, apprentice linemen went through a vigorous program that included "basketball", a poletop passing game that gave trainees confidence in their spurs and belts.
