Description:		The BC Power Commission District Managers Convention in Victoria in 1955. The Managers ran their districts as independent business units with their own profit and loss statements. Often these men operated the diesels, did line work and performed various other tasks before tackling the paperwork. They were rated on the district's service and financial performance.
