Power to the People: The BC Power Commission

The town of 100 Mile House suddenly went into complete darkness - momentarily, though.  There was a flash of flame well above the surrounding trees.  I thought the Mercedes-Benz had taken the Sputnik course back to Germany...  I decided I had better get in touch with my boss, who resides in Victoria.  After I told him my problem, he said, "What are you using for power now?"  I informed him I was using a candle, three-quarter inch in diameter, two inches long.
